The first day of each month we will announce two new flavors on our
Instagram page (@docheri_chocolate). These flavors will be available for purchase as a single box of just two flavors or as part of the 24 piece box. Availability is limited.

Not at the moment. When we do begin offering classes, we will announce it to our email list and Instagram. Please make sure you are following @docheri_chocolate and signed up for our email list for the latest updates!

At this time, we are fulfilling order online only. We plan to open a storefront in the future as we grow. Stay tuned!

All of our chocolates are handmade and crafted daily in small batches from fresh, all natural ingredients, without artificial flavoring, stabilizers, and other chemical preservatives. To preserve their quality, we recommend storing your chocolates in a cool (~ 64-69 degrees Fahrenheit), dry place, away from scents and light. Additionally, we recommend not storing your chocolate in the refrigerator, as the chocolate will absorb the scents of other food there.

The shelf lives of our chocolates vary, so we recommend enjoying our chocolates within 14 days of receiving them to experience the best and the freshest flavor. Chocolates are often good for much longer than the listed times below, but we do not recommend prolonging their shelf life past the date listed on the package, as your home environment may not be ideal for preserving them and the flavor and quality may decline.

Yes! We offer customized boxes. Go to Custom Orders under the Shop tab.

Additionally, we sometimes have leftovers from previous batches and can assemble customized boxes of mixed flavors*.

We ship anywhere in the United States.*

We do not technically ship internationally at this time but we can make exceptions if a client is willing to accept damages that may occur during extended transit (including shipping during warm

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance traveled.

*Shipping during warm months:
Shipping chocolates during warm months can be challenging and can impact the condition of the chocolates. DoCheri Chocolate will not be accountable for any damaged or melted products. We advise you to check your local weather forecast before ordering.

We offer delivery to the following locations on orders that exceed $50.

Delivery locations in Connecticut: Darien, Stamford, Greenwich, and Norwalk

Docheri Chocolate cannot be responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

If at anytime you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us with your name and order number and we will contact your right away.  We will do everything we can to make your experience with Docheri Chocolate a great one.

Yes! We have a few custom options. 

High quality and eye pleasing hand-crafted Chocolates are the perfect way to show your friends, family, guests and colleagues just how important they are to you. Let us make your event or custom gift a one-of-a-kind experience! We are happy to customize colors* of the chocolate for you. We can include small notes, personal cards, and ribbon colors!

*Matter of color availability. Lead time: 2-3 business weeks. Minimum order: 50 pieces per color set ($3.50 per piece)

Some selection of our chocolates and confections are available for wholesale to some approved gourmet food retailers. Our products are handmade and not mass-produced, so we can’t always accommodate all requests.
